Over the past 5+ years, I’ve worked with and continue to work with online business owners on their product launch strategies and execution, online marketing, social media management just to name a few. What I found time and time again with most of my clients was a lack of systems and very little prioritization. And, it broke my heart to see that they spent so much time putting out fires on a daily basis or just not knowing when or how to prioritize the things that were important to their business growth. This ultimately led to them feeling a bit out of control or just completely overwhelmed.

Here is the secret to having greater success in your business. That is to recognize how you are naturally wired.

Not everyone is wired in a way that makes them automatically think of systems and processes, and that’s perfectly OK. What I found working with my clients is that I am actually wired that way, and I am able to take their visions, and ideas in order to be the person who supports them. To get those visions and ideas into organized systems that will support them having a perpetually flowing business.

For if you are one of those entrepreneurs that’s beat themselves up about not being more systems oriented, you know what I’ve said to you? Don’t try to be something you’re not. I wanna say to you, this is where you need to have someone to support you because that is what they’re good at, and find it easy to do. I wanna tell you if you are creative, and often times there is a pretty good bet that you won’t be systems and process oriented. We can’t all be wired the same way. That’s why we all have different skill sets like someone who is a doctor or a musician. We can’t all do that! So celebrate how you’re wired, stop beating yourself up and have someone help with that skill set help you with the things that you are just not wired to do.

In Jack Canfield’s book The Power of Focus, he talks about everyone having one brilliance and that we must remember that our bottom-line income is directly linked to the amount of time spent in that area of brilliance. So the key is to find out just what that one brilliance for you. The next step is to set yourself up so you can spend the most amount of time focused on that one thing so you can see real success at it.

We are in a time of transition, and transformation and as heart-centered entrepreneurs, we MUST step into our power and create financial freedom, and time freedom. So I want to tell you to know, don’t let too much of the year go by without getting your priorities in place.
